Industrial
process heat, pyrolysis, manufacturing
Custom heat exchangers, pyrolysis platforms, heat-to-power conversion, and the engineering and manufacturing support behind every system. For the operators who run the physical economy.

Scope Technology & Manufacturing
Scope designs, engineers, manufactures, and deploys industrial heat-to-power and high-performance thermal systems. Our focus is fast deployment, operational reliability, and measurable ROI.
How thermal gradients across the working fluid loop drive Organic Rankine Cycle output — and where to look for improvement first.
Ambient conditions can swing rated output by double-digit percentages. A walk through what to engineer for and what to forgive.
Surface equipment, baseload conversion, and the thermal management lessons translating from oil and gas to geothermal.
Scope’s thermal loop delivers a PUE of approximately 1.09 before any AI or DCIM optimization is applied. That means the ceiling for most of the industry is our starting line.
Solutions
The same heat-to-power and thermal engineering that serves heavy industry also powers our geothermal and data center work. Three markets, one underlying technology stack.
process heat, pyrolysis, manufacturing
Custom heat exchangers, pyrolysis platforms, heat-to-power conversion, and the engineering and manufacturing support behind every system. For the operators who run the physical economy.
surface equipment, baseload power
Surface equipment and energy conversion systems for geothermal operators. Built on decades of high-pressure, high-temperature, and fluid-handling expertise — the same competencies that served oil and gas now power the energy transition.
AI-ready data centers with cogen built in
AI-ready data centers engineered as thermal assets, not just compute assets. Every watt of rejected heat is a candidate for reuse, revenue, or community benefit.
The Through-Line
Heat-to-power is the connector. The same ORC and steam-cycle technology that recovers waste heat from a refinery also converts geothermal output to baseload electricity — and turns a data center’s rejected heat into a revenue line. One platform. Three markets.
Technology
Power Usage Effectiveness is the ratio of total facility energy to the energy used by IT equipment. A perfect PUE of 1.0 means every watt that enters the building goes to compute.

A Community Education Series
Ten plain-language briefs for residents.
What this series covers: what data centers are, how they affect local communities, and what protections counties can pursue — using current Texas situations as real-world examples.
Who it is for: residents, not engineers.
How it is written: when concerns are real, we say so; when there are misunderstandings, we explain them — with facts, not slogans.
Prepared by Scope Technology & Manufacturing as advisory summation for Texas residents and to county Commissioners’ Court.

Manufacturing
Scope Technology & Manufacturing is a design, engineering, manufacturing and distribution company.
Our core focus lies on Waste Heat Recovery for Co-Gen, Data Center Support, Heat Exchange, Carbon Capture, and High-Pressure High Temperature Fluid Delivery Systems.
To introduce new products through a fast-track pathway from concept, engineering, and manufacturing to commercialization, while reducing the internal complexity typically associated with new work and redesign cycles.
Scope Technology and Manufacturing is a Digital Infrastructure and Cogeneration solutions provider. Our work spans three connected capability areas:
Engineered heat. Recovered power. Resilient digital infrastructure.
We drive this with our portfolio

SCOPEX Economizers

Scope MFG offers design and fabrication of Pressure Vessels used in Power Generation, Petrochemical, Fertilizers and Refinery projects from carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steel materials.
Our heat capture-to-power technology turns industrial waste heat and geothermal energy directly into clean electricity. It builds on a proven process called the Organic Rankine Cycle (ORC), but optimized to make it more efficient and cost-effective.
Here’s how it works: heat from industrial processes or the earth heats a special fluid that boils at low temperatures. The resulting vapor spins a turbine to generate electricity, then cools and recycles in a closed loop—no emissions, no waste.
By unlocking energy from heat that would otherwise be lost, our system creates new, reliable sources of renewable power.

From concept to commercialization, Scope supports engineering teams and operators with practical delivery capability.

Our leadership team brings over a century of combined experience in energy technology development, engineering execution, and scaling operations.
